"Dr. Carson spends intense 8 day course in Boston in September 2007 learning more about

safety in the hospital setting.

He was sponsored by Florida Hospital and participated along with 110 other participants from

around the world."

Dr. Carson was sponsored by Florida Hospital for a one week course on Healthcare

Management in Maui in January 2008. He, along with 120 other participants from around the country discussed ways to improve health care delivery and make patient care a safe and less costly experience. During his brief off time from the course, Dr. Carson explores the lava flows on Maui.
