Welcome to the Website of
Carson & Appleton, M.D.
Carson & Appleton, M.D.'s main office is located in Orlando, Florida. We also have offices in Daytona Beach, Palm Bay and Lake Mary. Our expert, highly qualified physicians and clinicians specialize in the detection and treatment of fetal, pediatric and adult congenital heart conditions and diseases. We subscribe ourselves to the highest standards of cardiac care while also being dedicated to professional, considerate treatment of our patients. Our goal is to help patients receive the care they need to live long, happy and as normal lives possible.
Dr. Carson and Appleton have been in practice together since 1994. We strive to keep current on the latest technologies and science for congenital heart disease, and at the same time apply years of experience to optimize treatment plans for each patient. We always try to spend enough time with our patients to make sure they (or their parents) understand the heart problem.
Dr. Carson and Appleton are active staff members of Florida Hospital and Arnold Palmer Hospital. We feel that it is important to participate in the medical education of students at local institutions. For this reason we are a clinical site for:
1. Pediatric Cardiology Echocardiography of Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences
2. Residents at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children
3. Florida State University College of Medicine
4. Kaiser Nursing School
Our website provides information about various heart conditions and diseases that may affect your child, as well as an opportunity to meet our physicians, clinicians and to view our diagnostic equipment you and your child may encounter while visiting our office.
