Welcome to our Practice! Let us introduce ourselves. Our physicians are Dr. Tom Carson, who has been in practice in the Orlando area since 1985, and Dr. Sumbal Sattar who joined Dr. Carson in January 2010. Our main office is located in Orlando, Florida with a satellite office in Melbourne, Florida.

Our office specializes in the detection and management of Fetal, Pediatric and Adult Congenital heart disease. While keeping current with the latest technology and treatment, we spend time with our patients and families to ensure understanding of their heart and the issues associated with it.

Our main goal is always our patients, to give the highest standards of cardiac care while also being dedicated to professional and considerate treatment of our patients and families. Our mission is to give our patients the care they need to live a long, happy and normal life.

Dr. Carson and Sattar are active staff members of Florida Hospital and Arnold Palmers Hospital. Dr. Carson is currently President of Medical Staff at Florida Hospital.

We also feel it is necessary to help educate our future physicians, nurses and sonographers by participating as a clinical site for the following

1. Pediatric Cardiology Echocardiography of Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences

2. Residents at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children

3. Florida State University College of Medicine

4. Kaiser Nursing School
